1. Personal data
DigitalMusic.pl / DigitalMusic.info is an internet shopping service. For placing a purchase order the customer creates an account by registering in the service. In order to register the customer has to provide personal data, address and contact (for order issues) as prompted by the Service`s registration form. 2. Credit card and bank account data
DigitalMusic.pl / DigitalMusic.info never asks for credit card number. On-line payment is rendered by safe service PAYPAL. The personal data stored by us is used only to complete orders. The personal data is never available to other companies for marketing. Every customer has access to their data and can correct it. 3. Customer`s account safety

4. Legality of tracks purchased from DigitalMusic.pl / DigitalMusic.info
Tracks downloaded from DigitalMusic.pl / DigitalMusic.info are lawful. DigitalMusic.pl / DigitalMusic.info works under contracts allowing it to electronic sales of files worldwide. The customer when purchase a file is entitled to use it worldwide. The legality confirmation of purchased files is a receipt attached to every order as a PDF file.
5. Changes in Privacy Policy
DigitalMusic.pl / DigitalMusic.info reserves the right to change policy at any time. New policy comes into effect as soon as it appears in DigitalMusic.pl / DigitalMusic.info on Privacy Policy button.
