How can I prove that the files are purchased in your service, that means they are legal?
The receipt is attached to every order. After logging into your account you can view "orders history" and download/print receipt of a chosen order.
How do I become entitled to files when I buy them?
As soon as your payment is ready you are entitled to download the file to hard drive of your computer or other data carrier. You can copy the downloaded file to other drive or data carrier that is actually in your possession. Also, you can convert the file to another format.
What payment forms are available in DigitalMusic.pl?
You can use VISA, MASTERCARD credit cards and quick transfers offered by PAYPAL. PAYPAL fee is added and it is 3,5% price of order + 0,35e + 22% VAT.
How can I finish order if my payment failed?
Non-payment order appears in "orders history". You have to check it and choose "pay" option. Then follow instructions.
What formats of files are available?
You can buy files in the following formats: MP3 192kbps, MP3 320kbps, WAV, MP4, FLAC. Files are prepared/encoded by foreign providers and DigitalMusic.pl / DigitalMusic.info has no influence on quality and does not modify files.
Can I receive repayment?
When order is paid and link to file given repayment is impossible. Order is already booked and a fee is automatically paid to organization paying salaries.
I can't playback samples.
Our "MusicPlayer" is made in Flash technology. You have to upgrade plugins of your internet browser. In case of other problems please e-mail us the problem description .
I registered in the service but I didn?t receive a confirmation e-mail. What should I do?
Often e-mails like this are seen as spam by mailing programs and e-mail services. Just check the proper folders like "spam" or "unwanted" in your mail. If it fails please contact us.
What devices plays files purchased from DigitalMusic.pl / DigitalMusic.info ?
MP3 files are played by every stationary and mobile devices working with audio formats like mp3, wav and mp4.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices seen in our service are gross that means with 22% VAT.
Why in DigitalMusic.pl / DigitalMusic.info there are not tracks of other famous artists?
We offer tracks we have permission to sale via internet. The service is progressing and making contracts to new musical companies. There are hundreds of new tracks in service daily. If you can't find your favourite artist or music company in our offer, please send us information about it. We will endeavour to come up to it and obtain music to our offer.
